We will work to meet your needs by either replacing your item or refunding your purchase price for the product in question.

Please note:
We are unable to accept returns for products that were delivered more than 30 days prior to return request.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of a shipping error on our part.
Damaged/defective merchandise:
MoonCap Medicinals will replace damaged/defective items, or merchandise, free of charge provided that the following steps are taken:
Damaged/defective items must be reported to MoonCap Medicinals within 7 business days from the day of receipt.
Customers notifying MoonCap Medicinals of a return should contact us via email whenever possible, or phone if this option is not available.
Having informed MoonCap Medicinals of the intent to return product, please ship defective item(s) back to MoonCap Medicinals with sufficient and appropriate packaging. Please include the original box and packaging when possible, so that we can assess the package upon receipt.
Include any pertinent information (your name, order number, shipping address, phone number, and reason for return). This will increase our ability to process your return in a timely manner.
Replacements will be shipped out once defective merchandise has been returned and evaluated for damage. This process will take place as quickly as possible, but may take up to 2 weeks.
MoonCap Medicinals will not be responsible for damage incurred to returned merchandise in transit. Insuring expensive items is recommended.
Order Discrepancies:
While we take great care in shipping your package, on occasion mistakes do occur. Please open and inspect the contents of the package once received. If there are any order discrepancies or missing items please contact us as soon as possible.

To expedite our investigation, please be clear on what item(s) were received or missing and include your order number and images of the packaging, as well as lot codes for supplements, if possible. While we do our best to investigate, please allow up to one week for resolution. Items reported missing will be either replaced or refunded if substantiated within 7 business days from purchase.
Refunds Policy
In the event that a refund is approved for your return the following protocols shall apply:
We prefer to issue a refund in the same form of payment used to originally purchase product. However, this may not always be possible. In this instance, MoonCap Medicinals would issue refund in the form of a check.
When credit card refunds are processed, please allow up to 5 business days for funds to be returned to your account. (This time may vary depending on the processing times required for various financial institutions.)
In cases where an "in store" credit is appropriate, we can issue a credit to your MoonCap Medicinals customer account. Customers must then call us at (831) 202-2671 to apply such credits towards their next order.
